Hi, I'm Bill Drummond, a trained consultant clinical psychologist with over a decade of experience, rugby team captain, and Jiu-Jitsu purple belt. My own journey overcoming personal trauma as a young man has shaped my mission: to empower young men to navigate life's challenges and reach their full potential, becoming the heroes of their unique story. I specialize in turning trauma into triumph and championing men's mental health for a better world and future...
Our methodology

Building Our Blueprint
We craft a plan to basics covered— food, exercise and sleep. We'll understand how tough experiences affect us and create safe spaces to heal and grow. By recognizing and dealing with our emotions, and building good habits, we become our own heroes, staying committed and taking care of ourselves.

Unlocking Our Superpowers
We'll build confidence by discovering and honing our unique skills and talents. Using techniques to manage thoughts and emotions, we'll challenge negative thinking. Focusing on self-discipline and honesty, we'll set goals, take small steps towards achieving them, and believe in our potential to grow and succeed.

Leveling Up Our Social Game
We'll work on our relationships with family, friends, and our community. Learning to make friends and be good friends, we'll get involved in group activities and build a solid support network. By showing compassion, leading by example, and being our true selves, we create a positive outcomes for ourselves and those around us.
